Bradley V

Before he was an event coordinator, Bradley had a career as a creative professional, lending his energy and enthusiasm to acting and voice acting. With Bradley’s creative background, he brings his friendly and high-energy personality to every event that he helps coordinate.

If he had to choose, Bradley would say that his favorite activity is Minute To Win It because he loves the intensity and pace of the challenge.

Always full of energy and ready for new experiences, Bradley has spent a large part of his life traveling and living abroad. His most life changing experience came when he spent a summer in Spain. Having enjoyed his time there so much, Bradley later returned to this beautiful country to work and experience life as a Spaniard.

When Bradley is not working, you can find him spending time with his family, drinking coffee, or planning his next trip to visit Europe.

Brooke grew up being the type of person who was always ready for an adventure. From going on epic camping trips through the wilderness, to exploring the majesty of the Grand Canyon – she discovered her passion for the great outdoors at a very early age.

Now, she has made it her goal in life to visit one new location around the world, each and every single year. She wants to see everything that this world has to offer!

Having always been an athletic individual, Brooke has tried her hand at a variety of sports, such as tennis, softball, swimming, and cheerleading. Her natural abilities and competitive edge made her a force to be reckoned with during these sporting competitions, and helped her make some lifelong friends along the way. That’s why Brooke believes that people can come together and accomplish great things if they’re put in an exciting and fun team building environment.

Brooke’s professional experience is in planning events, where she loves to use her unstoppable energy to get a group of people amped up for the day’s activities. In the past, she’s planned all sorts of events, from sports competitions, to multi-day concerts. She’s even planned a fireworks celebration!

In her spare time, Brooke likes to travel to quirky little towns across the country, go ocean diving, fly through the air on a trapeze, and help local high school students achieve their dreams.

For Brynne, the best part about coordinating events is the fact that she gets to be creative, social, and meet a variety of interesting people. She has been a professional event coordinator since she was a teenager, and has always gotten a thrill out of executing a flawless event.

If she had to pick a team building activity she likes best, she would have to choose The Apprentice. Brynne loves that it’s more than just a fun time – it also helps to give back to local children in the community. The finished bicycles that groups create are always different, and she’s often surprised at how creative teams get with decorating and presenting them.

Outside of work, Brynne is also passionate about food, cooking, and travel. Whenever she gets the chance, she loves to visit new places and experience the local culture – especially the food. Having travelled to over half a dozen countries in recent years, she has become an expert at picking out great spots to visit. In her spare time, Brynne also enjoys going to the beach, taking long bike rides with friends, cooking creative dishes with her husband, and volunteering in her city.

Growing up, Carmen was an avid swimmer who would jump at the chance to get into any body of water, be it a pool, lake, or the ocean. Over the years, her passion for swimming transformed into an epic athletic pursuit, as she earned an athletic scholarship on a major college team.

As a former varsity athlete, Carmen values building genuine relationships, having fun with friendly competition, and going the extra mile to find success. These are just a few of the qualities that make her such a great fit for our team.

Professionally, Carmen has an array of experiences in event management and client services that span industries, such as athletics, entertainment, and travel. She loves bringing people together to make lasting memories, and truly believes that our team building activities can help groups of all kinds do just that.
In her spare time, you can often find Carmen enjoying the city, being active in the great outdoors, or volunteering.

Cara has always been interested in having an adventurous life. She was inspired at an early age by the Indiana Jones movies, and this led her to journey across the world for some exciting adventures of her own. To date, Cara has gone scuba diving in the Caribbean, been a teacher in Africa, and gone on several camping journeys through the wilderness.

When she’s not abroad, Cara has discovered other ways to live an adventurous life. She performs and teaches improv classes, writes creative fiction, and tries her best to grow things in her garden.

Needless to say, Cara is a one-of-a-kind event coordinator. She has an outgoing and friendly personality that makes her a natural at getting up in front of groups and leading their team building activities. She loves meeting new people, and getting to travel to new places for events.

When she has some spare time, Cara also likes to unwind by meditating, or spending time with her family and friends.

Carrie’s natural love for adventure has driven her to accomplish many things in her life. From living in Europe to backpacking across the United States, Carrie loves trying new things and meeting new people. As the only girl in a family full of boys, Carrie learned to hold her own and make her way in the world with the support and encouragement of her family.

Carrie uses her energy and personality to breathe life into anything and everything that she does. She infuses her love for sports and competition into each team building activity she runs, and her energy is contagious to everyone around.

When she is not furthering her professional career, Carrie loves to enjoy whiskey cocktails, spend time with her family and is known for spontaneous dance parties. She also enjoys cooking and hiking with the great company of her husband and dog.

Lyndon is the founder of Ignitor Leadership Training, and the lead facilitator on a variety of professional development programs. In the past, Lyndon has worked as a franchise owner, regional vice president, executive leader, and business entrepreneur. At every step of his career, Lyndon has recognized the importance of ongoing skill development and professional training for employees at all levels.

Lyndon believes effective training has three stages: first, by tailoring the program to make it as relevant as possible for participants. Second, including interactive elements so participants can practice the skills they learn. And third, including a post-training consultation to help ensure the training takes root with participants.

Lyndon’s passion for combining leadership, skills training, and successful business performance has been the underlying key to Ignitor Training’s success. His professional style and modern training methods come together to create effective solutions for teams ready to learn and develop.

Lyndon is also an avid hiker, mountain biker, and coffee enthusiast.

Joe is a man of many talents, including writing, facilitating and psychological coaching. Originally from the UK, Joe has traveled across Europe in order to consult with businesses and manage leadership development projects. He understands unique team dynamics and has a knack for motivating those around him. His leadership skills make him a valuable asset to any employee training event.

In addition to his successful background in coaching and leadership, Joe also has a history of cheerfully waking people up as an enthusiastic morning show DJ. He is also a published novelist and has a keen sense of humor that brings life to his written work. He knows exactly how to inspire and motivate his audience and enjoys helping people feel like they are valued.

Joe loves to spend his free time chasing adventures, and can often be found hiking, sailing and meeting new people around the world.

Rick has worked with over 150 businesses as a professional consultant. He has helped companies in every industry, from the big players with thousands of employees, to the small and non-profit start-up companies.

His experience as a manager, engineer, and professional consultant has made him an invaluable part of the Ignitor Training team. Rick is passionate about helping teams realize their full potential, and takes great pride in building their enthusiastic support for new initiatives and skill building sessions.

In his spare time, Rick enjoys riding his bike, baking bread, spending time with his family, and making the best morning drinks ever with his espresso machine.

Natalie has owned and operated multiple business. And for the past 17 years, she has coached executives, teams, and leaders, and trained team cohesion, communication, and leadership all across the globe.

A published author, member of the prestigious Association of Transformational Leaders, and a Certified Canfield Success Principles and ICF Coach, Natalie is passionate about develop fun, experiential training environments. Her goals it to create sustainable high performance as well as new levels of self-leadership and enhanced communication and cohesion.
